We'll verify your shipping and billing address to make sure there are no delays in getting your products to you. Once everything has been confirmed, we'll provide you with a UPS tracking number so that you know exactly when your order will be delivered. And if you have any problems, or you aren't completely satisfied with your order, just give us a call and we'll make it right--guaranteed! We allow returns on all products within 30 days. After 30 days, there is a 15% restocking fee.
