How do I place an order with you?
You can place an order by phone, fax or email. The best way to make sure you get the products you need is to contact your local sales representative directly. You can find your rep's name and contact
info on our contact page.
Can I also purchase from you for private purposes?
We typically sell to businesses, such as industries, schools, restaurants, hotels, and various others, but depending on the quantities desired, we may be able to accommodate you.
Where do you deliver the merchandise?
We deliver to ALL 50 STATES. Most orders are shipped through UPS. Please see our delivery page for more information on our
delivery terms, or to track your order.
What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with your merchandise or if it was damaged during delivery, notify our office and our customer service department will be happy to assist you in obtaining a refund or replacement product. We do allow returns on all products within a 30-day timeframe, after that, there is a 15% restocking fee.
How fast can you deliver?
We normally deliver within one day to locations within the State of Texas. Delivery time to other locations will vary based on distance and the carrier. Please contact us for
further delivery information. Shipment tracking through UPS is also available under the "Track Your Order" tab.
